InBrowserApp provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools for processing PDF files, images, and data. All processing occurs locally within your web browser; no files or data are uploaded to any server operated by InBrowserApp. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.

4Intellectual Property

The InBrowserApp name, logo, and site design are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The open-source libraries used by InBrowserApp (such as pdf-lib, Tesseract.js, Fabric.js, and others) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Your own files and data remain entirely yours — InBrowserApp makes no claim over any content you process using the tools.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. InBrowserApp does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce results suitable for any specific purpose, and results should be verified before use in any critical application.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InBrowserApp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
