Overview

InBrowserApp (tools.inbrowserapp.work) is a collection of free, browser-based utility tools for working with PDF, image, and data files. Your privacy is our top priority. This policy explains what data we collect (and what we do not), how third-party services interact with the site, and your rights as a user.

No File Uploads — 100% Client-Side Processing

Every tool on InBrowserApp processes files entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. No files, documents, images, or personal data are ever uploaded to our servers or any third-party server. We do not operate backend servers that receive, store, or process your files. Once you close the browser tab, all processed data is discarded from memory.

This architecture means your sensitive documents — contracts, financial records, personal photos, API keys, or any other private data — never leave your device. There is nothing for us to collect, log, or share because we never have access to your files in the first place.

Cookies and Advertising Technology

InBrowserApp itself does not set any cookies for tracking or analytics purposes. However, this site displays advertisements through Google AdSense, which is operated by Google LLC. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to:

• Serve advertisements based on your prior visits to this site or other websites
• Measure ad performance and provide reporting to advertisers
• Prevent the same ad from being shown too frequently
• Detect and prevent fraudulent ad activity

Google's use of advertising cookies is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ad Settings or by using the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Third-Party Services

InBrowserApp relies on a small number of third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages — Hosts and serves the static website files. Cloudflare may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of its infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — Serves display advertisements. May use cookies as described above.
• Google Fonts — Loads web fonts for the user interface. Google may log font requests. See Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.

We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, social media widgets, or other third-party scripts beyond those listed above.

Local Storage

We store a small number of flags in your browser's localStorage to remember user preferences such as whether you have dismissed the ad-blocker notification banner. This data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to any server, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Data Retention

Because all file processing is performed client-side, we do not retain any user data, files, or processing results. There are no databases, user accounts, or server-side logs on our end that store your information. The only data that persists is the localStorage preferences mentioned above, which remain on your device until you clear them.

Children's Privacy

InBrowserApp is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the site does not collect personal data from any users, no special provisions for children's data are necessary.

Your Rights

Since InBrowserApp does not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. However, you have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized ads via Google Ad Settings
• Clear cookies and localStorage through your browser settings
• Use browser extensions to block third-party cookies or advertisements
• Contact us with any privacy-related questions or concerns

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or third-party services. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
